In my journey, I've come to realize that cultivating a nurturing work environment is akin to tending a sacred garden. Having spent nine years imparting the art of welding to over 800 young souls in the heart of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, I made the decision to dedicate myself wholly to our burgeoning fabrication venture. Alongside my son Joseph, we laid the foundation of our enterprise in the humble confines of our basement back in 2019. Little did I anticipate the rapid growth that followed. Our team is comprised entirely of individuals aged 18 to 23, not only do they deliver top-tier, bespoke fabrication and welding services, but each member of our crew partakes in the noble mission of mentorship.
